I always thought there should be an "unlimited class" in the olympics where you can take anything you want. I want to see wildly drugged up athletes competing with each other.

This is like suing the phone company over phone calls. Sorry but the man involved was responsible, not the communication mediums.

Consumer or business? I can see businesses but I have yet to run into a consumer, who isn't an enthusiast, who is even aware of Linux.

I'm amazed that he is picking fights with not only our best and most important allies (Canada, S Korea, etc) but also with countries we've been trying to court for decades like India. Absolutely incompetent diplomacy. It feels like nothing is off the table when it comes to sacrificing for pandering to the MAGAs.

This was more than just simple reflexes though, like minibrains.

I got more of a cold sense of "you reap what you sow" justice. If you go around slapping people in the face don't be shocked if you get your ass kicked one day.

You can see it written on their RV's.

No, celebrating it makes you not much better morally and emotionally. A sense of justice though? I can see that.

When I was a kid I didn't read about a "2nd brain" but a series of ganglions that acted like relays down the spine. Supposedly the belief was the size of dinosaurs made it impossible for nerve signals to reach the brain from distant parts of the body in a timely manner so they had these relays that made it easier to have reflex responses while the signal was being passed on to the brain.

The idea stemmed from misinterpretations of large cavities found in the hip region of some dinosaurs, like Stegosaurus. This cavity, which appeared somewhat brain-shaped, was likely a glycogen body, a structure similar to one found in modern birds, and its purpose in dinosaurs is not fully understood but may relate to energy storage or balance.

This sounds more like a "fuck UK age restriction laws" not reddit.

The UK's age restriction laws online are now enforced under the Online Safety Act (OSA), which requires online platforms to verify the age of users before they access categories of "harmful" content, including pornography and content related to self-harm or eating disorders. Websites, apps, and services hosting such content must implement robust age checks, with platforms facing significant fines or blocking if they fail to comply. Methods for age verification can include facial age estimation, ID scanning, or credit card checks.

This is the case on reddit too. Politics creeps into everything.
