Seems to work for me. Inside a thread theres always a back button on the top left and swiping on the post itself also returns to the list.

For me tech leadership is mostly about making the team run as efficiently as possible. Code reviews, pair programming, 1 on 1s, facilitating design discussions, etc

I also talk more with architects, product management etc and prepare the work for the team on a feature level. This also gives me opportunity to delegate part of the work so others can grow too.

I think that warning is more about the lack of control you have over your own data. You post a pic or political view online and it will be duplicated before you know it and you won’t be able to delete it on your own terms.
