Yeah, but Hopoo also isn't working on the RoR franchise anymore. I'm a Borderlands fan, and this is Gearbox slop.
That's right, I have heard of some of these cases, but thank you very much for the info! I definitely didn't want Sony to have any ground to stand on here, so happy that Valve is able to step up to protect consumers however they can.
It definitely has potential. People gotta remember that when they reach for castings like Kevin Hart as Roland; these are professional actors. If they want something a bit different from that person, they can probably achieve it.
I think we'll be pleasantly surprised, so long as you keep an open mind that it's not supposed to be a beat for beat recreation of the games.
I'm not the one being obtuse, I understand that this is about every woman and respecting the autonomy of every woman's body. Overturning Wade v. Roe was the largest step back in society in the last 50 years of politics. But I like to be selective about what to talk about. I could write entire novels worth of comments on why we should care about every one of these issues. Every single one of these things is important and worth proper discussion and problem solving. My stance is that we should be more focused on not letting the world implode with all of the stupid overseas conflicts than allow the star power of Taylor Swift to distract from a larger issue.
I don't appreciate being called misogynistic. I'd like to remind you that I'm a stranger on the internet that you don't know shit about. I apologize that my point of view doesn't align with yours, but to assume a horrible stance about someone you don't know a thing about is a part of the reason why this society is so dysfunctional.
If you'd like to have a constructive conversation about how brutally misogynistic, then I'm happy to. I'm sure I could use a lesson or 2, cause I would never claim to know I have a perfect working knowledge about the issues. Only that I know enough to have intellectual conversations with other people to learn more.
I'm assuming you have played it, but Doom Eternal takes all of the good from 2016, improves all of it, and adds a whole slew of features that are virtually all positive. That, with a pretty impressive story to boot, DOOM Eternal might be my favorite sequel of all time.
Lmao to that. It almost as if the lies people have spread about how the system is supposed to work has gotten out of hand, so controlling it has become nigh impossible. No wonder the backlash to Gamestop went how it did.
And I know this will sound facetious (just trying to be helpful!), but the phrase "lazze fair" is spelled "laissez-faire". It originated in 18th century France!
Boost. I used the old reddit version forever and it was far and away my favorite.
Dude.. he travels
It was my Discord bio for like 3 years lmao. I have switched to "the fooot"-based humor now.
Thank God I won't be homeless for Christmas, that gets to wait until January now. :)
Just kidding, I'm still renting because I can't afford to save for a down-payment. :)))
I ended up needing to take the latter of the 2 options, and I wouldn't wish that torture on my worst enemies.
Straight out of HS I went to Uni, and it always felt like I wasn't doing it for myself. 2.5 years and $20k later I left hastily, and went to college after a few months off. I didn't get it right in the first year, but I went into game dev after that and barely squeaked by. Even with it being a very strong interest of mine, it was very difficult to drag myself through it. I met some incredible friends along the way that helped keep me focused enough, but it was hard.
Fast forward 3 years, and here I am now, diagnosed with mixed ADHD, medicated, with more focus than I've ever had. Its still not great... I have 27 years of bad habits to break, but it's getting better.
One of the biggest things I can offer as advice is know your enemy. ADHD is tricky to deal with, but not impossible. If you have the option to make itbeasier to manage, I'd try to find a way and make it happen. I can't speak to the autism part, but the ADHD is something that you can manage. It just takes some time.
100% this. 27M, I don't have autism, but I tested for mixed-ADHD at the end of last year. It was not at all aurprising, but having this diagnosis has opened me to a world of information I never would've explored before. I'm now on 30mg of Vyvanse daily. I have better infrastructure built for my life to support my forgetfulness, which has plagued me since grade school.
It's all still a work-in-progress, but knowing these things can make you feel more comfortable in your own skin. It may feel like "an easy out" or "an excuse", but that is a mental hurdle you can overcome, and you will be much happier when you do.
It's like seeding but irl
