Not surprised there wasn’t a close-up on that one; I wouldn’t have recalled that Janeway has a microscope in her ready room.
I'm not sure Soong-type android applies to Fred, and I'm certain it doesn't fit Dahj.
Unfortunately it's not clear just how indistinguishable from life Fred was. We know Dahj and the other Coppelius synths passed for human. Even Picard, though there was clearly some differences. With Fred, though, Culber pulled up the graphic of his internal works, and it didn't look like he's a meat robot. However, if he was closer to Data and Lore, I don't think getting shot in the chest would have been enough to kill him. Data's detached head was stuck in a mine on Earth for about 450 years and worked just fine after being reattached to his body, but I get the distinct impression that Fred wouldn't take decapitation so well.
I enjoyed this when it first came out on mobile, but not enough to keep paying for the apple arcade, or whatever. Plus, I don't think any other app I've ever used has come close to causing my phone to heat up like this one did.
But I can definitely see picking it up on steam to play mindlessly while I'm listening to a podcast or whatever.
Care to expand on what specific continuity issues you’re concerned about?
Now that you mention it, it has been a while for that as well....
Why would Starfleet be so fundamentally uninterested in learning about an enitity literally birthed by one of their Starships?
Because I’m not willing to pay for upvotes.
They actually hired people to come in and paint on a recreation of the specific wood grain on the arch behind the captain’s chair.
Imagine if that amount of care and effort was put into making a story suited to those characters?
Nah, seasons one and two were at least trying something, to varying degrees of success. All season three attempted was cramming its plot so full of nostalgia bait, the audience wouldn’t see just how rotten it was at the core.
”I guess you guys weren’t ready for that, but your clone offspring are are going to love it.”
