I can speak for myself only, but this barely passes as a showerthought™. The only thing that indicates it resembles an opinion is the word "Good" at the end of the post and even then there is no real substance to it so it's just a poor quality post that I don't wish to see in this community.

From what I gathered, the complaints were that it broke the games pace and made it tedious not difficult so I understand the fix.

Alan Wake 2 is a game that I really wanted to play but it's only available on EGS.
I don't have any personal vendetta against EGS tbh but their launcher is so awful that I don't bother.

I recently found out one my favourite FOSS projects was abandoned due to bullying. It was a small project and very fresh so it obviously came with some bugs and issues which is a given. The maintainer gave up only few months after because of all the negativity.
