Vitamin D3 is a good idea, generally the recommendation is 1000 IU a day. Especially now after the winter (assuming you're in the Northern hemisphere) your vitamin D storage is probably depleted (the body needs a certain amount of UV radiation on the skin to produce vitamin D.
Regular exercise has been proven to help against depression and I think it's probably the best and most important thing you can do. While helping your depression it will also help your general health and fitness.
Eat well: lots and lots of veggies, legumes and whole grain products. If unhealthy food makes you happy, don't cut it from your diet completely. Allow yourself to eat sweets etc every once in a while and in moderation, but try to have a very healthy diet as a basis.
These things are probably hard to implement when you're depressed in the first place but I guarantee you they'll help and become easier as you go if you consistently stick to them. It takes about 66 days on average to build new habits. So if you manage to stick to it for about 2-3 months, it will become a lot easier.
Good luck!
I think it's a "Europe minus UK" thing, but I don't know for sure. Pretty certain though that the French write it like that too.
There was no doubt I was still positive, I was in bed feeling like crap and going absolutely nowhere. I actually did the test to see if these rapid tests actually give consistent results rather than to see if I still have covid. And because I'm a scientist and I just like measuring things.
There actually is a faint control line. I'm pretty sure it was so "positive" that there were not enough color particles left for the C line.
I would have appreciated if the bottom right panel said "Hold my benzos" instead.
Alter. Genug Internet für heute. Menschen sind einfach das Letzte.
Just in case you missed it: there have been serious accusations against Till Lindemann, the singer of Rammstein, recently. Apparently his band managers contact young female Rammstein fans on social media before concerts, inviting them to secret after show parties where they get lots of alcohol and Till can choose one to drug even more and take to bed with him. Multiple women have come forward with similar claims and the social media thing has been well documented as far as I know. The case went to court but was dropped because there wasn't enough proof and now he acts like nothing ever happened. I think everyone listening to the band should know about this.
