You have between 100 and 300L of fresh water in your cumulus and 10L in your toilets. If you have a bath, you can also fill it as soon as alert is raised and have enough water for days. Yes, it's not the perfectly clean tap water, but it's emergency situation. And you have an immune system for this.

Unless you go on treck or on country with suspicious water, don't bother with purifying tablets. You'll have to throw them away and replace every 2 years. They also give some unpleasant taste to water.

Same in France. We don't have oil but we have strikes.

One to one with HR. I'm not paraphrasing, she litterally said that: "You are a really good performer, we really want to keep you but we won't do anything to do so".

You know you are missing the only fun part of having a baby ?

Anyway, fuck AI.

GPT started answered correctly since around gpt3.5. But smaller LLM generally responds rabbit eggs are around 5 to 8 cm and are smaller than cows one 🤣

Yeah, they are generally bought by English retired.

To test level of stupidity of AI chat bots, I ask them the size of a rabbit egg, and if it is bigger or smaller that a cow eggs.

I'm working with RealWear. Not really an AR glass, but interesting experience anyway.

There is no headache or nausea at all. That's the main point compared to immersive VR. You see the real world, so the brain is not disturbed by screen latency. I once kept it on the head 7 hour a day, 5 days in a row and did't felt any disconfort. Whereas I cannot keep a VR headset for more than 15min.

My company have an R&D lab in California with any kind of VR and AR devices, but I'm in France 😟.

My 2 cents.

I think you know the simulation hypothesis. Our universe could be a simulation created by... well, let's call them "gods".

But, if the simulation continue, we, humans, may reach the point where we could create a simulation of our own universe. In which, the simulated people would reach the point where they simulate their universe, etc...

So, as a corollary, it is not possible to simulate the entire universe, because this imply simulating an infinity of entire universe. It is only possible to simulate a simpler, smaller universe at each "layer".

So my question, are we at the top of the stack, or at the bottom ? Which would imply a much bigger and much more complexe universe above us.
