You could consider paying for an IPTV service. They range in price, from cheap Alibaba resellers to more expensive, higher quality providers. But if live sports is your thing, it might be worth trying.

Many provide a trial connection, so dig around and find a few and try it. Might be what you're looking for.

The shield is a great client for it btw.
