Did a Korean bbq gochujang rub on one, something more traditional on the other!
Smoked a pork butt over the weekend. I think it’s my best one yet!
Seems like a pretty poor price/performance proposition, like most of the cards this gen.
2 8oz blocks shredded. They just melt better when you don’t use the pre shredded stuff. They were tasty!
