It lasts decades with only minor patchwork repair needed. Anyone can do it and you can literally put up a house in a few days. It's so good at insulation it hardly needs any AC or Heating. So your costs are absurdly low compared to any other building material. You can straight up put up a house for $10k

This is why they figured out in Lakota culture many years ago that it's not safe to use sarcasm in your language. Some people might not get it and that makes them feel left out. Others may think dumb things are true so it can only make your whole culture dumber and unable to know what is true or misinformation. The entire sarcastic subtype of comedy is basically just not done, condoned, or laughed at which I think it's pretty awesome

Good point, but in these scenarios you are free to just hang up. Most people I think are afraid of offending someone but if they are being assholes (salesman/scammers) you have no obligation to be nice or continue the conversation. I find it empowering, even cathartic to say something like, "Oh, you're one of those pieces of shit scammers I've heard about. Good day, piece of shit" or simply, "I don't have time for your bs" and hang up.
