Right now it's not really possible. I assume it will be a feature in the future, but for it's not a thing on lemmy. There is RSS links I believe on user pages but they seem to be finnicky.

Unfortunately it is only instance wide at the moment.

I am sorry to see you go. As I explained, our desire was not to try to create an air of seeming anti-kink. Lemmy is a growing platform with limitations, and we are having to make hard choices to work with such limitations. I hope that you find a digital community you feel more comfortable in, and I am sorry that it is not here.

Are you based in the US and familiar with dealing with the legal end of hosting this kinda stuff/would be comfortable doing so? For transparency I am not the person to talk about this with, @yay is, I am just curious.
