I just picked up an A310 for my Emby server for $100 on Amazon. Works amazing. No artificial transcode limit like Nvidia. And hardware decoding for everything through AV1. Haven't had an issue with anything since getting it installed.

The issue is what the valuation of the seized assets are. The asset seizure is only to fulfill the monetary debt since he cannot pay the entire amount in cash. If he could pay it in full, there would be no seizure (unless the seizure itself was a separate part of the judgement). The valuation is essentially what someone is willing to pay for it, and in this case, there are only 2 bidders to value it.

The Onion's bid was not the highest bid, but does have the backing of the family. Jones on the other hand also has a right for the valuation to be as correct as possible to fulfill his debt. This type of situation isn't particularly unique, and it's not exactly new.

The Judge could end up deciding that The Onion's bid goes through due to family backing since the debt is to them and the asset being sold is directly relevant to the judgement, but the valuation of the opposing bid is counted against the debt, which is the only thing Jones is really entitled to here.

The US also approved the same expansion of use

Fuck those type of people. Not much worse than the people who think they're better than everyone else, yet objectively are shit.

As always. It's what they always do. They intentionally set dates in the future they know the Dems will likely be in charge, and let the bullshit they set into motion inevitably hit the fan while they blame the "current" government. And the media goes with it instead of calling them out on it because that's where the money is.

News organizations should be required to be non-profit. At least force them to try and hide the money trail.

After learning about the chef, it becomes impossible to not see him anymore when looking at the states.

I mean that's what happens when you cancel everything and close studios.

Can't release anything if you aren't making it.

The Senate is. The House is not. The artificial limit of 435 set in 1911 has turned it into a pseudo-Senate and done a lot of harm to this country. With the same population representation as then, we should have around 1600 Representatives now.

A lot of the issues we currently have in Congress simply wouldn't exist with the House operating as it was designed.

This is where the issue is. The Senate works as intended, it is meant to give the States equal power so a State like California can't just dictate what Delaware does. The House is supposed to represent based on population. The arbitrarily low cap has turned it into a second pseudo-Senate.

The House should have something like 1600 members to properly represent States. Every House seat should represent roughly the same amount of people, but that's not how it works now because of the limit. Two Representatives from different states can represent massively different sized populations.

You seem to forget that not all advertising is targeted. Some is just general market advertising and will play everywhere.

It's cheaper because it's not targeted, but also can be a better option depending on what you're trying to market and who you're trying to reach. It also means the ads will play to people who don't care as a side effect.

I mean the Onion was overshadowed only because real life went off the rails and became a parody of itself.

No shit. This was obvious from day one. This was never AGI, and was never going to be AGI.

Institutional investors saw an opportunity to make a shit ton of money and pumped it up as if it was world changing. They'll dump it like they always do, it will crash, and they'll make billions in the process with absolutely no negative repercussions.

NASA and Boeing officials pushed back Friday on headlines that the commercial Starliner crew capsule is stranded at the International Space Station but said they need more time to analyze data before formally clearing the spacecraft for undocking and reentry.

When in Summit settings, searching for "mu" causes an immediate app crash to home screen as soon as the U is typed. No option to report issues or submit feedback.

Only have this device to test at the moment, but I can get it to do it every time.
