Eh, with health tracking you opt into it, with this it may be opt out. Google's been caught in the past not properly anonymizing location information which it sells to advertisers. I could easily see us finding out in a few years that insurance providers are buying "ad data" to get realtime heart rate and steps information without consent.

That or it'll be responsible for 95% of humanity's decision making while google claims it can't be held liable because it's a beta product with no warranty.

Find out what version of windows that laptop ships with, and install that. Windows licenses have been tied to mobos for a while, there's a good chance it'll just activate. If you need an installer, you can download ISOs and tools to make a bootable USB from Microsoft's site.
