"And consoomers don’t want to make the hand that feeds them angry" oh god this is so true. I see a lot of youtubers/bloggers who act on this statement, and it really pisses me off... they can't even mention "piracy" without saying it's illegal within the first few seconds of mentioning it, many of these people I feel have already sold their souls to big corporations and others I feel live like they have a gun pointed at them, and so they can only say what is "allowed" and nothing more.

Any and all sites that offer unique content that other pirated sites do not offer, such as unknown and unpopular animes/movies, every day they run the risk of being erased by the corrupt hands of the DMCA and unfortunately they may not have repositories for them due to their rare and unique gallery.

Well, if the stories involving the Japanese yakuza are true, maybe you're a little wrong...

If this wipes out poor content sites like Screen Rant and TheGamer I'd be happy. I hate how Google keeps recommending me this crap of content.

I agree, but as long as corporations like YouTube, Nintendo and Hollywood exist and people have this "normal" mentality, they will hardly be willing to be truly educated about it.

Kind of an obvious question but... do we have substitutes for it?

I feel this way about Anime/Manga piracy, even if it doesn't disappear, Japan and the DMCA will do everything they can to weaken it even more over the years, and the fall of 9anime only makes this nightmare more real every day.
