Do you mean the custom chips they make, exynos? Tizen is their operating system for televisions.

In America the shops have areas where you return the carts and an employee takes them from that spot back to the store. The exception to this is Aldi.

Using your timeline of mass shooting increases, an immediate reason to consider should be the assault weapon law expiring in 2004. Data would back that up.
