I think they're on a different axis altogether. It's not about policy, it's a cult of personality.
Thanks -- is this being tracked in GitHub out of curiosity?
Also weirdly it seems to be less of an issue when upvoting posts from remote instances? Maybe the Beehaw server is just being slammed.
The "Create" button for posting this had an endless spinner, too.
This is the kind of thing I'd like to have downvotes for
If you have the time and inclination, it would be great to have these logged as issues in GitHub so that people are aware of them and can discuss/fix them.
Thanks so much for taking the time to list these out. We’ll take them into consideration. I appreciate your time and feedback.
Sounds like you're mostly talking about font size? Font sizes are set in rem
s, as that article recommends, though the body is set to 0.875rem
. Using the built-in browser zoom should manage this for you. Or do you mean type hierarchy?
Contrast needs improving in some places definitely.
Anything else?
Which changes do you dislike?
~~Oh, thanks! I thought Lemmy would warn me if I tried to submit a duplicate URL.~~
Oh nevermind, that one looks like it was posted after mine. (It has a higher ID, too.)
