For stuff still on the shelf, probably. For stuff already sold, no so much.

Not time sensistive.

Like many Canadians, I've been subjected to American TV most of my life. I know we don't have the "amendments" as such. So what do we have?

I changed out both elements in my electrc water back in late August. Had to change the bottom one out again today.

Fortunately the gentleman at the front desk allowed me to switch rooms. For $200 a night, I'd like to not hit my head on the wall when standing up.

Got a used HP Probook laptop. Just needs a new drive. HP specs say it has an m.2 2280 slot. So that's what I ordered. Guess I needed to look closer.

edit: Thanks for all the info, guys. Different types of keys are explained here. Gonna have to look for a sketchy no-name brand.

This is why they are called direct messages instead of private messages.

Knauff, a veteran of Ontario’s provincial forest firefighting force, has been vegan for over 25 years. In 2017, he was working long hours in tough conditions fighting wildfires in British Columbia. According to non-profit Animal Justice, which campaigns for stronger animal laws, Knauff’s employer failed to provide appropriate vegan meals for him at the basecamp where he was stationed.

He was often served meals containing animal products, or nutritionally inadequate meals containing no source of protein. Sometimes no food was provided for him at all.

Despite repeated attempts to work with management to improve the situation, nothing changed.

After Knauff was disciplined and suspended without pay after expressing his frustration, he sued his employer.

I gotta side with him on this one. While his is a lifestyle choice, some people do have special dietary needs. If you want people to work in these types of conditions you have to take their needs into consideration.

Tldr: the credit bureaus are selling your information.

Why does the responsibility fall on news organizations? The government pages are not banned on Facebook. Use those to disseminate important information. If Facebook is really the best way reach your citizens then pay them a fee to pin a post at the top of everybody's feed. Or mandate that they do it as part of the emergency services act.

The cbc might be government funded, but the rest of the news media are not. Their job is to hold politicians accountable, not organize evacuation efforts.

I browsed a bit there. All I saw was trolls planning to troll. They won't be missed.

Federation is working.

This is like going to the drug store to an inhaler but their entrance takes you through the perfume section to get to the pharmacy.
