The round in the picture took us 2.5 hours, but it was only our second time playing the game and we had to look up a few rules. Turns can be quite short when you're only launching a ship and it doesn't come to a battle. Recalling ships can take a bit longer because you have to think about which resources to get. Turns don't have a lot of downtime for other players though. You always have to check what others are doing to plan your own next move.

Thomann's house brand Harley Benton has some good guitars. Not sure about hollowbody guitars, but I have a semihollow guitar from HB that I play quite a lot and has good build quality.
I really like big wooden meeples and the sound they make when you place them on the board. The meeples in Lost Ruins of Arnak are nice and chunky. But I also love the cowboy meeples in Great Western Trail 2nd edition. They are not that big, but the little cowboy hats are just 👌🏼.
Btw, what's the plural of 'meeple'?
I finally got Imperial Steam on the table and played against the solo bot. I can't say that I'm fully understanding the game yet, but Imperial Steam has always intrigued me since I first saw it in a Youtube video. I got it in a sale for a really good price. Think this could potentially be a contender for my top 10 list for me.
Have you played both games? I always thought that Dwellings sounds like a game I'd like, but it was oop when I first heard about it and I didn't bother looking for it on the second hand market. So when AE was announced, I was very happy, especially cause I also like space-themed games.
A guy in my group is considering getting Dwellings because he likes the fantasy theme better. Would you get it just for the different theme?
