Ich würde erstmal davon ausgehen, dass das nur dazu führt, dass weniger Fahrer das Rechtsfahrgebot beachten und mehr unnötig schnell auf den linken Spuren unterwegs sind. Effizient geht jedenfalls anders.

Currently after work: Sitting outside with a drink of my choice, reading Neuromancer. Shit calms me down.

You know what gets ppl to use Linux? 100% Software compatibility out of the box and OEM who preinstall Linux distros.

Barely anyone outside the bubble oft techies and enthusiasts cares. You have to BRING it to the users. For most oft them comfort is king after all.

I only have a touch screen for entertainment and configuration and still notice how distracted I get when I have to use it. No haptic feedback and multilayered menus are just a bad idea while driving.

Cherry in top is driving at night with astigmatism when theres's a whole illuminated panel in your face.

The horrible implications about your pets aside, you'd think economists understand what selling your car means in terms of employability.

Imagine someone suggested this for cars

Ah, this again. Maybe we can start accepting other people's use cases? (This goes both ways btw)

Sorry for being that guy but if possible you should always refrain from using Wifi for applications in production, safety and security. Too many known and unknown vectors to its reliability.

But yea, I get it. Most people don't know the details and on the overall market most affordable devices and services for security systems are some semi-"smart" products which are simple to set up. The extra work and cost that come with professional equipment aren't really appreciated, eapecially by those who don't know any better.
