I don't think the hesitation is with the developer of Sync. I think he is worried about the sustained success from Lemmy. If people keep staying active, more people will join. But it could also fade away quickly (I hope not).

Luck I guess! The drawer I'm printing stuff for now has a slight gap in the back and on one side.

Is there anyway you could also check fanaticus.social I am a mod on the Braves community there but I havent seen any new posts in days. If I go to the community via their instance, I show new posts.
Example: Via Lemmy.World the newest post is 4 days old: https://lemmy.world/c/braves@fanaticus.social?dataType=Post&page=1&sort=New Via Fanaticus.Social the newest post is 17 hours old: https://fanaticus.social/c/braves?dataType=Post&page=1&sort=New

I did notice they are on 0.18.2 where we are on 0.18.3. Is it as simple as that server needing to update?

Watch some videos on hueforge. The layers are different colors so you can pause and manually change filament for each color.

Can't speak to any other 3d printers since I recently purchased my first one. But it's an Ender 3 S1 and I love it. So far I've been running it nearly constantly and throwing different materials through it. No issues so far!
Also if you live near a Microcenter you can usually pick one up for $199.

I must be grandfathered in. I have YouTube Music for $9.99 a month that also includes YouTube Premium

Because it's included with my YouTube music subscription.

No real tips to add but I have a bench top jointer and LOVE it. Sure a larger one would be nice but it does the job.

Looks great - I am sure the kids love it!

Exactly - as long as the instance isnt defederated, you should be able to post/comment/upvote/mod in communities that are outside of your home instance.

Kitchen Stand (lemmy.world)
submitted 1 year ago by neal@lemmy.world to c/woodworking@lemmy.ca

We didn't have much kitchen space in the previous house we lived in. My girlfriend tasked me with coming up with a solution. It's nothing super fancy or anything but it was one of my first projects (posting here to help build the community and get to know people here). I was proud of it because it was not a design I found online, but instead one I designed in sketch-up.
Looking back there are several things I would change. But it's still standing several years later so I'm happy!
Made with red oak.
