That's cool to hear they brought someone on who made popular title cards. Definitely curious to hear about that. I always kind of feel a little uneasy about heavily modifying certain things due to breakages. In the vein of something like Gnome desktop, using a bunch of extension messes with things in the longterm.

Albeit, Home Assistant may be more resilient to aesthetic changes.

Look, I much prefer any Democratic administration over a Republican one but it's ABSOLUTELY correct to say the Democratic Party supports a genocide. They clearly didn't respect international law nor did they comply with arrest warrants for Netanyahu. They also continued to fund Israel after human rights violation after human rights violation. What is that other than sheer, explicit support of a genocide?

Would like to hear more about this! Are there any resources on this available?

I am such a shit developer lol. I'd love to. But I guess I'm just speaking this into the ether for some feedback for the devs. It probably doesn't need anything drastic, just some new modern aesthetic touches.

I'm wondering what people here would think about Home Assistant's stock UI getting a bit of a facelift? I know you can customize to your hearts content, but I've always found stock Home Assistant to be a little hard on the eyes. Its not bad in my mind, just feels a bit dated and static.

Anyhow, wondered if anyone here has thought the same. I'd welcome a face lift.

One of my favorite YouTubers posted a video that I think many here would enjoy.

I can vouch for Vaultwarden and Baikal. Two great essential programs I use.

Wait, I am new to GrapheneOS and the profiles are a real hindrance. I've seen nothing on "work/personal" sub profiles within something like the "owners" profile. That would be a game changer.

I get the platform and ease of use aspect for sure. It just seems Plex has killed much of the "spirit" of what drives people towards self-hosted media consumption. Those benefits of Plex have waned so much in recent years.

Genuinely surprised how people still stick with Plex at this point.

Really from what I hear the only thing Jellyfin is missing is a Plex amp alternative!

I personally would never go the Plex route at this point.

I am out of the loop on this one. I always thought Nissan made solid vehicles. Even newer ones. Has there been some changes?
