Honestly, the taste and texture was good. Baking in an airfryer is quite quick (fast to preheat) and putting a bit of water in the bottom steams them a bit, which keeps them moist. Only problem is having to make multiple batches because of the small size. *edit: I used the ninja foodie xl, which is a pressure cooker/air fryer/cooking thing. It might come out dry in a regular one

Made these vegan muffins, including equally shitty diy muffin liners, in my airfryer because I don't have an oven. Made with leftover peanut butter and blueberry jam before leaving the house for a few weeks ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ
