I think it’s a combination of player development and organizational ineptitude. They don’t put players in positions to succeed and they don’t develop players. Until recently very few bear draft picks had gotten a second contract. If you can’t develop any position, why would you be able to develop a QB

Yeah we barely beat the panthers. I think this is the right time to be ruthless. He’s done well in the locker room but he his simply not good enough, and with the options out there it’s time to move on even if it is unfair to him

And a lot of his other draft picks have been good

He’s gotta go. 3 historic 4th quarter collapses and anytime we faced a competent team we were outclassed easily. I believe 3-4 of his wins this year came against coaches that have been fired already too

I agree with you. The inconsistencies also cause a lot of confusion and delay imo. To me at least, it hasn’t made the game worse to watch at all

Also, if the bears had run the ball it would give the Vikings a chance at forcing a fumble. The bears were already well within field goal range so there was no reason to risk a turnover

The bears are going to find a way to lose this game

Yeah Steelers fans are expecting to be a dominant offence now, but Pickett has been horrendous for the whole season. You can even make a case that Tommy Devito is a better QB than him

As a bears fan, I cant wait for those 1-2 years of excitement and hope before the realization that we ruined another QBs career

A team I support did exactly this and it was quite successful. I believe it was $60-$70 for the whole season and included ALL home games (League, cup, and Europe) with replays posted on the same day. For me, it was worth it but I watch almost all their games
