The other one is blasting a 1sq mile radius with music from a vehicle.
That kinda goes back to the OP's title. It wouldn't be as bad if it didn't sound terrible. I miss the early 00s when every 3rd or 4th car had giant subwoofers. I may not like what you're playing but at least it sounds decent.
We need agitators.
the point when I can convince myself that the occasional slowness and downtime are reasonable
Small instances probably aren't for you. If that was my main concern, I'd stick to major servers with more than just a couple people running it.
Personally I'm here for the atmosphere. Feels like the old internet. And as someone who has been around for the entirety of the internet; sometimes shit doesn't work and you have to go do something else for a while.
Monthly recurring donation here. No ragrets.
It’s easily in the top spot for worst money I’ve ever spent on anything.
Seriously? The donation you made to a small instance is even in the ranking for worst money spent? Because there isn't 100% uptime? You, my friend, must be a savvy shopper.

McElroy was shot and killed in broad daylight as he sat with his wife Trena in his pickup truck on Skidmore's main street.[2] He was struck by bullets from at least two different firearms, in front of a crowd of people estimated as numbering between 30 and 46.[1] Despite the many witnesses, nobody came forward to say who shot him. To date, no one has been charged in connection with McElroy's death.
At the moment, about all you can do is let others know and submit the log to EFF so they can better understand how these stingrays are being used.
Or I guess if you're feeling froggy; look around for a van/trailer with suspicious antenna(s).
No, they are spider bros. They kill brown recluses, black widows, and other things that are dangerous. Typically do not mess with humans unless seriously provoked.
Yes. Sharkbite connectors are great for fitting new and old plumbing together.
Just handing them money? No, I don't. I don't have much myself.
But I do work in a downtown area near a shelter and see a lot of the same people pass by every day. I'll give them cold water and extra food if I have it. Certain others I will let go through my scrap metal for stuff they can sell to recyclers, and occasionally I'll hire someone for the day to help me clean.
I still feel like a dick setting in my air conditioned truck ignoring the person setting outside in 100F+ weather with a "help me" sign.
