Tactical Barbell Zulu/HT W1D1

  • Behind the neck press 4 x 5 @ 95lbs
  • Zercher squat 3 x 10 @ 190lbs
  • Pull up 3 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
  • Dumbell row 3 x 12 @ 45lbs
  • Hanging leg raises 3 x 12

This is the first week of a new routine for me. I decided the spring cut is cancelled and the spring bulk is on. The 10 rep squats were a bit of a struggle for me and I was pretty gassed out for the remainder of the workout, I think due to poor sleep last night? Will see how it goes for the rest of the week.

4 reps at 150% is fantastic! How did you get hurt squatting? Low bar/high bar makes my lower back feel in danger when I'm in the bottom of the squat, so I've switched to zerchers.. Initially the lower weights were humbling but it's perfect for my back
