Yeah, HOME will show you what's missing. So just drag em all to HOME, (save,) then back into S/V, (save,) and the HOME Pokedex will have empty entries for all the 'mons that didn't apply.

The pokemon have to be CAUGHT in those games, not just exist in them. So, if you're like me and took the shortcut of bringing in a ton of Pokémon from HOME to complete your dex, then you have some catchin' 'em all to do.
