Am I blind or is there no way to view comment drafts? I recall this being possible in Boost for Reddit.
If I search settings for "draft" two things come up:

Only mic and camera? It should also turn off GPS, accelerometer, etc. Filming the inside of my pocket isn't the biggest tracking concern. People are just afraid someone's watching them masturbate all the time.
IT can look up the original (including all headers) based on the forwarded content. It's on the same mail server.
They might not have always been empty. Could be that there was a branch for a PR that got merged, so the branch was deleted.

Probably because that detection isn't done on the watch. It's a machine learning model running on the phone (if not worse) I guess.
Sleep as Android seems to offer such alarm.
The syntax of regular regexes is the same across languages though. It's just the regex library which is different, but so is every other library between languages.
If you think regex is the hard part of programming, then you're in for a bad time.
That's why instance is part of the username. It's no different than email addresses.
That's an odd definition of non-public if the information is available to everyone. More like annoyingly public.
