Babysitting for 8 hrs, now the parents need to buy VR headset. The kids are obsessed. As are the parents after "picking the kids up" for 3 hrs...

The kids went home with benchies and heaps of snacks and spare pizza.

The eldest child, 8, was insistent I showed him how to program machines after showing a few I made. He is particularly interested in robots now. He's coming back to make use of the printer and we're going to assemble a 6DOF robot arm together. Excellent and exciting!

You both look amazing and happy. I particularly like the ladies buttoned sleeves and green, and the gentleman’s tie. The colours go well together.

I've setup a monthly contribution on GH. Only 10AUD/month sorry but it is sustainable for me.

I use Linux, Docker, etc, professionally all day every day and can lend at least few hours a month to technical help if you want. Also happy to moderate some communities if they are lacking (I love power trips /s). I don't use any social media outside of Lemmy (Abandoned Reddit completely, and have no interest in Facebook, Twitter, etc).
