Endeavor is a also a very good choice. It is pretty much arch with some QoL stuff added. Uses the arch repos for packages.

Mine updates with all my other stuff. Not sure why you'd need to download it every time. I installed it with pacman.

Can get it with flatpak, AUR, or with the install instructions on the GitHub.

I have not adjusted mine though. Seems to work fine for truck game.

G29 will work ootb, newer Logitech wheel may need a custom driver (linked on the oversteer page)

Yeah you could try installing Linux with the Windows drive disconnected. I had Windows and OpenSUSE Tumbleweed installed with two drives on my old PC without any issues.

Hmm. Windows shouldn't be putting anything on the Linux drive. Maybe disconnect the other drive before installing Windows.
