West coast would be fine. California grows over 50% of the fruits and nuts, and 30% of the vegetables for the entire US. The "farm belt" states mostly grow cash crops for animal feed, energy production, and overseas export.

I think that's his point. Past a certain level wealth makes no difference to your quality of life. So give it away, make the world better, and still have enough for more than 1 lifetime rather than horde and continue to amass like a cancer.

EndeavorOS is basically Arch with some opinionated and easy to run install/setup scripts. Once up and running though you use yay (assuming you want to install aur packages, otherwise I guess you could just use pacman).

Do you live here? There are major population centers on both sides of the bridge (Richmond on one end, San Rafael on the other) and the Ohlone trail + Richmond Greenway means you can ride a bike from Emeryville all the way to the bridge quite easily.

That said it's a beast of a commute to ride. I'd say 90% of the bikers I see on there aren't using it to commute but are using it for exercise/pleasure cycling. I do see about 10% of bikers on ebikes that could make this a viable commute.
