Yes. I have a small usb-c docking station for the switch, that I use for hooking it up to the TV of hotels or holiday homes.

"Das Hu" oder "Neun Schätze"? Oder gibt es noch Mongolisches, Symphonisches Metall was ich nicht kenne?

Yes, that was also my main reason for choosing GaggiMate.

I chose the kit. It was just easier this way. I got the pro because I think that the price difference between the pro and the normal is pretty small.

For the results I definitely see an improvement. Probably mainly from the more stable temperature. I'm also excited to try the pressure profiling. So far I have not tried it. I can say that the espresso from it is at least as good good as that from the la Cimbali we have at work.

I used this article as a base for the recipe: Are "Thai Salads" (Hakka) Chinese?

In the description they say about the sauce

It should feel borderline… too spicy, too sour, too sweet - mellowed out a bit by the fish sauce and MSG.

I would say that is pretty accurate. In the finished dish it came out very nice. Sweet, Sour, spicy and savoury.

He is, but not as bad as his sister.
