Subscription model/ abandonment is probably the biggest one for me. Speaking as someone in the software space, I totally understand the benefits of continuous development and iteration. However as a consumer I'd much rather pay for a completed game once, than get burned shoveling money at something that'll never have a proper ending.

Maybe I'm just not looking in the right spots, but I'd like to see more engagement. One of the things I enjoyed most about Reddit was that the comments were generally pretty lively, even if it was just folks being horny. Here it feels a lot like screaming into the void, people see posts and votes are cast, but there's not really any conversation. I get that nobody wants to be the guy in need of horny jail, but I feel like something as simple as "that porn star is super hot, have you seen her in X?" or "she has a great figure, but only posts mildly on Instagram" would be a nice way to this place feel less dead.
Well this was a fun internet archeology expedition, the model goes by Rena and the photos seem to have originated from a site called Rena's Room in the early 2000's. I'm struggling to pin down if she goes (or went) by another name, but here's one source I found. One of the Reddit posts I stumble across also linked an imgur album that's somehow intact nine years later.
