Thunder gets regular updates and is open source and ad free.
Not retro, but Celeste hands down. That game is an emotional roadtrip of a platformer. My favorite indie game out there.

Let me just share a few FOSS apps that are arguably better than their official google counterparts.
For YouTube: Libretube, NewPipe
For YouTube Music: InnerTune, ViMusic
And, not open source, but if you want to support the creators (and artists) you like, buy merch. YouTube doesn't get a cut of the merch sales to my knowledge.

Looks like you're a fellow PC enjoyer. Although, I'd say depending on the keyboard and how your arm and wrist are positioned, a keyboard can do the same thing.
