Some people with brainworms apparently believe that Tate is really a woman (or a trans man, which in their book is the same), so maybe that’s a reference to that. As for the horns, there’s a medieval European folk belief that Jews have horns on their heads, so perhaps they’re saying that Barack is secretly Jewish?
