What is global news?
Something that happened or was uncovered recently anywhere in the world. It doesn't have to have global implications. Just has to be informative in some way.

I like how the article is not about how Republicans kept Gaza out of the RNC
RNC is proudly against Palestinians. DNC tried to pretend they cared and then not only didn't talk about it, but denied DNC-approved Palestinian American to speak at the event, while allowing Republicans, billionaires, Israeli hostage family members, and everyone else except Palestinians.
Is red maga or blue maga committing genocide right now? What's the point of complaining about those not currently in power?
Granted, they're on the same capitalist side, but still.
There are more issues besides just Gaza.
And one candidate will take it much further than the other.

The problem is not with criticism of Zionism or the majority of the Democratic party being openly pro-Zionism. The problem is with equating the Democratic party with the Republican party and acting like it is somehow "brave" or "righteous" to demonize the only political party in the United States with any shred of decency remaining.
Zionist and decency should never be used in the same sentence.
Your red line not being genocide means that they can do anything to your neighbors as long as it's pinkwashed enough.
I think it's pretty well known they want to nuke and pave the Middle East. The only question is whether they'd include Israel in that or not.
