MODERATORS
The state is required to pay the owners when they do that. If you just let them collapse, then they don't have to pay.
So they're just not going to clean it up? Dear God.
It's a lot cheaper to clean up what's left of a house than to buy a habitable structure
So are they? I rta but didn't see it mentioned, but a friend was messaging me at the time, so I may have missed it.
Past ones got cleanup, though I don't know which government did it.
I found this. It looks like we simply need to tax the wealthy at appropriate rates and nationalize all insurance.
