That’s the thing. Being mean is unnecessary and usually undeserved. This was justice and karma, and very much deserved.
Is this the dog that was left tied to a pole in the hurricane? :(
I don’t believe so. I’ve seen this before, and I want to say it was pre-hurricane. Also, the meme uses km and not miles, so probably not even American in origin.
It's not even a true story, but merely satire
