Racism can be against any group of people that are from a certain area or ethnic group power has 0 meaning for that.
And I know that many people in the US have some mental problems regarding political words and meanings.
Everone can be racists, Latinos and Black people are racists against each other in USA they also tend to be racist against Jewish people.

See, there is the difference, USA is a immigration country with no coherent similarities between everyone. Especially because I spoke about two specific group's and the fact that US public language uses words that had meaning but the average speaker ignores it and uses it as dog whistle without actually meaning anything.
Are there other immigration countries?
