Absolutely. It's not going to be relaxing to most of the population if it's unexpected and without consent. It's going to increase anxiety.
I'm all for normalizing THC. But you don't want to just randomly get baked off a pizza. It's supposed to be a choice you make, when it's appropriate.
It's like getting drunk on everclear vapors that you used as a solvent for shellac.
Not a pleasant drunk.
