I love watching the crushing realization of ones own internet brain rot setting in.
It's not brain rot if the internet is an outlet where you can be who you truly are. It's the rest of the world that is fucked for forcing people to hide their interests and identity.
Fair point, if only real life could be the hedonistic frontier that the internet is.
Real life is ruined by the blunt and ignorant people that spew hatred and division everywhere. Best to avoid them by having good friendships and using the internet as a substitute

True. If anyone in my social surroundings found out I like femboys and Tomboys they would be weirded out and shun me from their socials, I guess. The internalized shame is so strong, but why?
Yeah, internalized shame is a hell of a thing, but - at least in my view - it is good to realize that it is forced upon us and not something that comes from within ourselves. It is hard to unlearn, but very liberating to do so, even if the possibilities to live the way we want is limited.
Well said, you sound like you are at peace with who you are. I hope and wish for you to be able to express yourself the way you want.
I am still struggling, but I also realize that I have come a long way in the last few years.
I also wish you all the best and to be able to free yourself from the prejudices that others force on you.
