MODERATORS
They don't like remote work because it means they're wasting money on office space. Rather than fix that problem they want to fill the unnecessary space and pretend there's no problem.
Yep, my prev. CEO capped working from home to 1 day a week and treated it like we were requesting a holiday.

It also means they're wasting money on middle management more often than not. Which scares middle management.
