Not as severe as this, but I always found it uncomfortable that the patients in medical have no privacy what so ever.

Also fun fact: Start Trek cannon for TNG says there are dolphins in the enterprise that have some critical function for ship operations. I think they're supposed to be evolved and sentient or something like that.
