As Billy Connolly ones said, if you’re a miserable young bastard, you’ll just be an old miserable bastard.

That's the one! Thank you

I agree. I know your post was serious but I couldn't help thinking of that green goblin truck from that Stephen King movie where tech comes alive. I'm imagine a police car watching a crime in progress and revving it's engine to intimate them.

There's probably a load of expensive stuff there waiting to be stolen.

I don't think I explained very well. It has two tanks. Storage water tank and a boiling tank which is under the storage tank. It draws water into the boiling tank which is 1 cup size. Once it's hot it shoots the water out of the spout into the cup. Water from the storage tank fills the boiling tank.

Not as fancy as heat pumps but our kettle boils one cup at a time and the boiling chamber is under the water tank. Some of the wasted energy goes to warm up the water in the tank meaning less energy is needed for the next cup. It's probably not that efficient but it's better than nothing.

I've seen a video of this happening. The nob swells up like a balloon, at least in the vid I saw. No amount of vaseline will get that off.

Cool! I have always loved them film. Never knew that fact. I haven't done Warhammer since a kid but now you say it the gothic style ship interior does remind me of the chaos space marines.

Aldi here are selling plant based products like "no chicken burger". It's literally saying there's no chicken. I wonder if that will get banned.

I was thinking of Event Horizon. That's pretty much the same as you've described.

Same as non-legal ebikes perhaps? Where I live the police don't seem to care unless the rider happens to be a drug dealer or otherwise wanted by the police.

I'd take a guess that while a ring doorbell might be illegal and not enforced, it probably means the recorded footage might be not accepted in court if ever needed... Perhaps (I'm not a lawyer or even close to being an expert). Unless a doorbell inspector becomes a thing then it probably just slides.

They tried to enter the mosque but it was locked so lit the car up. Fuck! Why is this not being shown on the news more.

I hope I'm wrong in saying this but I suspect we'll see more attacks like this.

I've seen a 2018 Hyundai Ioniq Premium SE fairly local and under £14,000 and under 30kiles. I've no idea what to look out for when buying used.

Any advice or thoughts on used ev's? Does mileage mean much. I suppose battery condition would be the main concern?
