That's how I felt here in the UK when I woke up to see the majority voted for Brexit. Before that I thought people can't be that dumb. Apparently they can.

My sister once asked if I could help with the kitchen sink in her house as it was blocked. I started taking waste pipes off and quickly realised there's a bunch of sardines stuck in one pipe. Her 15 year old daughter had shoved fish down the waste pipe of the sink rather than putting them in the bin. I still can't understand the logic in her head. Surely it's more difficult to push fish through the small holes at the bottom of the sink than it is to take 2 steps towards the bin.

Same for me. If I feel a sneeze coming on I look at a bright light to hurry it up. I thought this was normal but appetite isn't.

The hospital provide birth certificates on your country? Here it is the registry office and they do it with the parents present.

I work for a company which used to have 13 financial periods. It was great. Then they switched to 12 and we now have a couple of 5 week periods thrown in to balance the year out. I don't know why they decided that but it's not as good now.

I know somebody like this. Conversations end up with him raising a few dumb points, which he claims is worth it.

We both work in the same company which used to export 40% of manufactured goods to the EU. The customers we have managed to retain now come with additional costs. If it was a smaller business it could have forced closure. It baffles me how he thinks the way he does.
