Would running locally be an option ? You can check the GPT4All project which let you run LLM locally, it's obviously slower than chatGPT, but you keep data on your PC, and is free as in free speech and as in free beer
I need something easy and simple to access, like the official 3.5.
It's actually quite simple, go there https://gpt4all.io/index.html Install the program, get the Wizard model, and you're done
