I genuinely dont think he is that dumb.
Child sex offences are still (thankfully) one of the last things that 99% of people agree on as being fucking horrific. Especially when that child isnt even a teenager yet. There isnt much room for "spin"
Im not saying that he might not try to influence the investigation or trial but if that doesnt work I dont imagine even he is thick enough to publicly pardon a child rapist.
Unless they made an industry out of it and demanded a cut from every child trafficked, like Ross Ulbricht.
Even then, the golden rule in any organised criminal enterprise is "dont get caught" and if you do "dont snitch" IF he is guilty and IF there is some sort of conspiracy involving child trafficking I wouldnt be surprised if an Epstein happens, the stakes are too high that he wont decide to snitch eventually.
