Uh, isnt that just a quasadilla?
It's not mostly cheese, so it's just a "dilla."
I guess if I stacked them? But, call it whatever you like 🤷♂️😂
I guess a quesadilla would have cheese as a base but other than that you basically made a quesadilla, not sure what stacked means but for quesadilla you use a flour tortilla and fill it with stuff, fold it in half and press it down like you did
🤷♂️😂 whatever it is, it was delicious
Yeah in the end that's all that matters
I'm trying not to throw shade on OP directly here, but wtf is with everyone describing food as "smashed?" Literally everything that's "smashed" had a previously existing, cromulent descriptor. I guess instead of refried beans, I'm going to start calling them smashed beans. Mashed potatoes? Smashed potatoes! Hamburger? Smashed burger!
OP, that lentil quesadilla looks delicious either way
I smashed it into the fry pan, flattening it out and sticking to the wrap. Non smashed it would be just loose and filled into the wrap 😀
I know you're not exactly being serious here, but I know a restaurant chain that actually calls their mashed potatoes smashed potatoes. Apparently leaving them extra lumpy makes them smashed instead of mashed.
