It isn't stabilizing.
It keeps jumping up and down because of unconfirmed, unsourced rumors, run by major media, thag Trump may call this all off or delay it, mixed with Trump saying he wants to fuck China even harder, mixed with Elon saying he, ub, actually wants no tariffs, with anyone, ever.
... Elon literally said he wanted to make it easier for workers to move between the US and EU, and other countries.
While Trump and the Reps have a sad little orgasm every time they hear about a random legal immigrant brown person with no criminal record who got sold into a super prison camp in El Salvador.
... Chaos reigns.
