And to think, that media still talk about Trump as if he was (albeit stupidly and ruthlessly) trying to achieve whatever thing for the U.S. or even just his supporters.

Eh, it's pretty true everywhere. If the person that leads your team says something, you're more likely to believe/support it, or at least not look too closely.

Tribalism is dumb.
