I'm writing a key for those who don't get what's so fancy about four numbers

86 = 8 miles out and 6 feet under, I believe from Las Vegas gang slang. Where to bury the guy that cheats your casino.
46 = USA President no. 46, Joe Biden
47 = USA President no. 47, Donald Trump

Put them together and you have a code that incites violence/murder of the mentioned US President.

Edit: Fuck, the Vegas origin is a myth.

Whoa. I like the energy, but 86 is a kitchen term for an item no longer being available.

86 in this case is generally agreed to mean "no more"

Rhyming slang making people completely lose their minds trying to figure out it's origin(which is the intention in the first place) and diner lingo. I love it.
