Skyrim Nexus is a dark place....

I'd call it the second-most-restrictive "tier" of Skyrim mod site after Bethesda's official mod site.

Look at LoversLab, which is more permissive.

And there are Skyrim mod sites that carry content that LoversLab won't permit.
